Stirling Place is a 25-floor condominium with 129 suites, each with at least one balcony. It has a very steep pitched roof and access is challenging. Black Brothers were up to the job and did an excellent job.

They were contracted to:

• Clean surfaces
• Repair cracks & spalling concrete
• Prime
• Apply two coats of top quality Sherwin Williams “a-100”

Rob and the scaffolding man met with Council to explain what would be involved, the proposed schedule and to answer any questions we had. Rob was on site every day supervising and working and answering residents’ questions. We were provided with bulletins to keep residents informed at each step of the process.

Once the weather cooperated, the work proceeded smoothly. The balcony railings were wrapped in plastic until the job was completed. The crew worked efficiently and quickly and did a professional job. They were always pleasant and answered any questions we had. They cleaned up every night when they were finished.

All the residents were impressed and commented that frequently.

We as a Council would highly recommend Black Brothers to do YOUR painting job. They were super.
